Returns and Complaints

Have questions about returns or complaints, please feel free to contact our customer service.

When you send an item back, either complaint or because you regret your purchase, we will always send you a mail when we receive the product. In the mail you will be informed about the further process about handling your case.


Products can be returned for exchange or refund 30 days after you received the products. When products are returned and returns exploited, this can only occur if the product is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.

Products for intimate use can not be returned, for hygienic reasons, if you have opening the package. Products there not are for intimate use, you may unpack, as long as you can return them in the same condition and quantity. The right of returns lapse also if you use the product in a way where it is quite obvious that the use reduces the sales value significantly.

You can return the item to us by :

- Reject the goods. The postman returns the shipment to, no cost to you as a customer.
- Return the unused product to the address :, Sønder Klitvej 25, 6960 Hvide Sande, Denmark.

We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

When you regret your purchase refunded the purchase to you at a chargeback to your credit card or your bank, immediately when we receive the product and verified that it meets the conditions for the right of returns. The only cost you have when you change your mind, is the price to send it back to us.

Complaints offers 24-month warranty, extensive defects found during normal use of the product. This means, you can get the product exchanged or money back, depending on the specific situation.

The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering.

Complaints about defects must be notified within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered or should have been discovered. In connection with complaints return costs reasonable.

In the case of returned or prepaid products as canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase. Refund will be made to your credit card or in special cases by bank transfer.
